My experience

I gained my experience with Age UK,  providing support to a wide range of clients aged 18 plus through to older people. I also have experience of working in GP surgeries and community hub settings delivering counselling to patients.

I have provided support to people living with:

  • depression
  • stress
  • anxiety
  • low self-esteem
  • panic attacks
  • relationship challenges, past and present

Bereavement and loss support

I am also specifically trained to deal with bereavement and loss. Grief can leave you feeling alone, depressed disoriented and empty, especially for those who have experienced it for the first time. I provide bespoke support to each client, working through their own loss and exploring emotions through their own grief cycle.
